    1. How do I download the PC client?

    2. Where do I get the mobile app?

      Android: scan the QR code in your phone browser. iOS: search FoxWQ in the App Store.

    3. Do mobile and PC work together?

      The app installed this way can play and chat with the PC client.

    4. I cannot find my old account after login

      Try the login method used before 17 Nov 2022.

      QQ users should use the same QQ number as before.

      If you never logged into the PC client before that date, the account cannot be recovered.

    5. Does Jueyi still work?

      Yes. We will keep improving review tools, and existing Jueyi points stay.

    6. When will the item shop return?

      Please follow in-site announcements.

    Login screen after launch:

    1. Can I log in with a QQ Game account on the official PC client?

      Click QQ login at the bottom right and use the QQ number registered in QQ Game.

      Then bind a phone number and set a password as prompted.

    2. QQ login failed

      On the next screen enter your QQ number and QQ password, not a FoxWQ account.

    3. QQ scan login shows a risk warning

      If it is you, approve the login in mobile QQ after scanning.

    4. Username or password error

      Use your FoxWQ nickname + password, or bound phone + password. Do not use the QQ password.

    5. Forgot password

      Click the small “Forgot password” text left of “Server”, reset it, then choose remember password.

  3. Mobile app

    1. WeChat login cannot find my old account

      Due to a data handover issue with Tencent,

      FoxWQ cannot recover old Tencent Go WeChat accounts.

      Please register a new account. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    2. Reset password on mobile

      If several FoxWQ accounts share one phone number, resetting one password resets the others. Afterwards, log in with phone + password and remember the password.
